1. Introduction

Art of Designs provides graphic design services including but not limited to:
Logo design
Branding & identity design
Social media graphics
Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging)
Website graphics
Marketing & advertising creatives
Project scope will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice before work begins.
3. Payments & Fees
A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 50%) is required before starting the project.
Remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Project Timelines
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before project start.
Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, etc.) may extend delivery timelines.
Art of Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
5. Client Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

Third-Party Materials
Fonts, stock images, or other licensed elements may be subject to third-party terms.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If the project is canceled mid-way, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.
8. Limitation of Liability
Art of Designs is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business
Printing errors once designs are approved by the client
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
